Why 21 and 210? Bitcoin's total supply is 21 million coins. Each coin splits into 100 million satoshis — the smallest unit. 21 x 10 = 210. That's not a coincidence. Even this changelog runs on a hard cap. No inflation here. When a new update goes in, an old one rolls off. Just like Bitcoin, there's no printing more. Satoshi would approve. Probably.
