Each fund is converted to its BTC equivalent using its BTC-per-share ratio. These ratios are recalculated every 4 hours using live market data — the share price divided by the current bitcoin price gives the updated ratio. Tap the arrows icon on the portfolio summary or individual cards to switch which value is shown large — BTC or fiat. By default, BTC is the primary display with your fiat value underneath. Flip it if you prefer to see your local currency first. Your preference is saved and applies every time you come back.

Every Bitcoin ETF and ETP holds actual bitcoin backing each share. The BTC-per-share ratio converts your shares into a bitcoin equivalent. We recalculate these ratios every 4 hours by dividing each fund's live share price by the current bitcoin price. Between updates, the ratio stays fixed — so your portfolio value moves only with the bitcoin price. The gradual erosion of the ratio over time is what we call drift, and it reflects the true cost of holding a fund beyond the stated expense ratio.
