Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Hodlertribe, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, you must not use the Site. By making a voluntary contribution, you additionally acknowledge and accept the payment terms and no-refund policy described below.

1. Overview of Services

Hodlertribe provides Bitcoin-related educational tools, historical data, charts, simulators, and curated community resources. All content is currently free to use — no account or payment is required. Any payments made through the Site are entirely voluntary contributions.

All content on this Site is for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. See our Disclaimer for full details.

2. User Accounts

Currently, no account is required to use Hodlertribe — all tools and content are freely accessible. Account registration may be introduced in the future for premium features. If you create an account, you agree to:

Accept responsibility for all activity under your account.
Notify me promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.

3. Payments & Contributions

Hodlertribe does not offer paid services or subscriptions. All content and tools are free. The Site accepts voluntary one-time contributions for those who wish to support the project. By making a contribution, you agree to the following:

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Hodlertribe never stores your payment card details.
Voluntary contributions are charged immediately upon confirmation.
You are responsible for any applicable taxes associated with your contribution.

4. No-Refund Policy

All contributions are final. Hodlertribe does not offer refunds, credits, or exchanges for any voluntary payments made.

By completing a contribution, you acknowledge and agree that:

Your contribution is voluntary and made in support of the project.
You understand that the contribution is not a purchase of a product or service.
You waive any right to a refund, chargeback, or reversal of the transaction.
Filing a fraudulent chargeback may result in being blocked from future contributions.

If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact me and I will review it.

5. Acceptable Use

All content on Hodlertribe is freely available, but protected by copyright. You agree not to:

Use the Site for any unlawful purpose.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site.
Reproduce, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of the Site's content without written permission.
Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to extract data.
Interfere with or disrupt the Site's infrastructure.

6. Intellectual Property

All original content on Hodlertribe — including text, graphics, charts, tools, code, and design — is owned by me and protected by copyright.

You are welcome to share screenshots and excerpts for personal, non-commercial use — just please give proper credit and link back to hodlertribe.com.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hodlertribe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

Your use of or inability to use the Site.
Any errors or omissions in the content or data.
Financial losses resulting from decisions made based on information on this Site.
